Just spotted these little guys outside my kitchen window. They look so dainty and polite - not like the squawking parakeets or the sharp-beaked, always-ravenous starlings.
Hi Bonny, Thank you for visiting me at the Irish Garden House. I did not make my thistle feeder. It is a mesh sock like thingy with a rubber ring at top that hooks to the feeder cap. The finches and other small birds empty the feeder daily. Watching and feeding the birds is one of my favorite things to do.
they might be having a quiet conversation . . or astounded to look and see themselves reflected back . . . either way, they are cute. thanks
